During the start-up process of a new business school, the Swedish municipality of Nacka used the RIKA method to allow ninth graders to solve real life challenges of companies and organizations.

The school is focused on business and student influence, and through using RIKA their future students were given hands on experience. Among other things, the ninth graders contributed solutions around future climate-friendly accommodation for the Swedish cooperative association for housing, HSB, and around innovative queuing systems for Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
