During a RIKA workshop, the participants collaborate to find the most efficient strategy to solve a specific challenge. Using the open innovation tool RIKA, an experienced process leader guides the group through a variety of scenarios to maximize the quality of their work.
The ability to take initiative and the motivation to change emerge when the participants are asked to provide ideas, solutions and plans for action. For this reason, our processes and workshops are centered around the participant. We function as guides helping the participant to find solutions transforming current scenarios into desired results.
RIKA is an acronym for research, idea, concept and action. The RIKA method is a challenge-driven and result-oriented process, constantly pushing participants forward in their discussions and development as well as motivating them to take initiative and engage their problem-solving skills.
